CEO: Rostelecom has no plans to enter markets of new regions
ST. PETERSBURG, Dec 1 (PRIME) -- Russian state-controlled telecom operator Rostelecom does not plan to enter the markets of the Zaporozhskaya and Khersonskaya regions and the republics of Donetsk and Lugansk, which have their own operators, President Mikhail Oseyevsky told reporters late on Wednesday.
“Not yet, because they have the companies that fulfil our tasks. Different firms work there, we interact with them,” Oseyevsky said.
The four areas became part of Russia after the referendums held in September.
